Olukai accepts returns of unworn merchandise with tags attached within 30 days of delivery.

Returned products must be unworn, unwashed, and unaltered. Merchandise must be returned in its original condition, with all original tags and packaging included. Original shipping fees are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Returns may take up to 5–7 days to process once delivered.

If you choose a refund to your original payment method, a return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Final Sale : Products marked as "FINAL SALE" cannot be returned for an exchange, refund, or store credit.
